Veteran Memphis investor plans four new businesses in South Main district:

Mark Grawemeyer is marking 25 years as a South Main Street property owner by launching four new businesses in the block adjoining his original purchase, the old Pullman Hotel.  Grawemeyer is a partner with his wife, Cynthia Matthews Grawemeyer, and others in two clothing stores and two restaurants slated to occupy a group of buildings. Downtown Memphis Commission president Paul Morris said officials are excited about the plan and believe more retail is key to sustaining the area's positive momentum.  To continue reading, click here and also here.
