Memphis music lovers will be outdoors anticipating good company and great tunes. “Mud Island River Park is almost an attraction in itself,” said G.M. Trey Giuntini. Memphis Music Foundation president Dean Deyo said, “It is hard to imagine, with the weather that has hit Memphis in May and every other outdoor music site in Memphis that anyone would want to build or operate an outdoor music venue, but the truth is that Memphians love hearing their music outdoors.
