Morris Makes Case for Reviving City’s Core:
Memphis has only 1,900 people per square mile and what cities across the nation have learned, said Paul Morris, president of the Downtown Memphis Commission, is that density creates the sustainable model. “The sad fact is we don’t have enough assets in this city to spread them out as far as we have.
