James Dowd: Can-do leaders ready for Entrepreneurship Week:

It's time to start up, Memphis. That's the rallying cry heard from U.S. Small Business Administrators and Startup Tennessee officials who encouraged minority and female entrepreneurs to support local business accelerators such as EmergeMemphis and Memphis Bioworks.
