Frank C. Pidegon showing viability as industrial site:

 Frank C. Pidgeon Industrial Park in Memphis is seeing a lot more activity these days and more is on the way. Preliminary construction work is under way on Electrolux Home Products Inc.’s much-publicized, $200 million manufacturing plant there, but two recent major announcements will have the industrial site hopping for years to come. The Memphis-Shelby County Port Commission just approved a 10-year option for Canadian National Railway Co. to purchase up to 800 acres in Frank C.
