Electrolux CEO Jack Truong praises Memphis at factory's groundbreaking:
Political leaders and Electrolux North America's CEO tossed ceremonial shovels of dirt on the future site of a taxpayer-subsidized kitchen appliance factory. Public incentives that helped land Electrolux was mentioned indirectly by company CEO and president Jack Truong. Truong, Mayors Wharton and Luttrell used chrome-plated shovels engraved with "Electrolux" to scoop freshly tilled dirt.
