A Downtown board approved nearly $45,000 in incentives for a women's clothing boutique and a development loan of at least $52,000 to convert a building into art studio spaces. The Center City Development Corp. granted a $40,000 retail forgivable loan and a $4,984 facade improvement grant for Shop Girl New York at 515 S. Main.
