The Center City Development Corp. approved $12,500 in grants to entice S2N Design and Ben E. Keith Foods to locate offices Downtown. S2N Design, a web development firm with five employees, won a $5,000 grant for an office at 456 Tennessee, Suite 101. Ben E. Keith Foods, based in Little Rock, was approved for a $7,500 grant for a seven-person office at Pembroke Square, 119 S. Main. It supplies food to restaurants, hospitals, schools and other institutions.
