Citizen input sought on Memphis transportation plan:

Citizens from across the Greater Memphis area can see the latest long-term plan for transportation and give their final input before it’s finalized.  The Memphis Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is in the final stages of updating its Long Range Transportation Plan and is seeking public review and comment through Feb. 17. Called Direction 2040, the multimodal transportation plan will help map out the area’s growth to the year 2040. It covers Shelby County, the western portion of Fayette County and northern DeSoto County.  To continue reading, click here.
