The only race that begins and ends on Beale Street!

Join us February 16, 2013, for the 5th Annual Move it Memphis 5K/10K. All proceeds benefit the Greater Memphis Chamber. For beginners and avid runners alike, these challenging 5K and 10K courses offer the sights, sounds, and rhythm only downtown Memphis can offer. Tour the city on foot, beginning at FedExForum in Downtown Memphis. While running is its own reward, we'll also tempt every runner with a free t-shirt and goody bag featuring gifts and special offers from our Chamber member businesses. Check-in will be in the FedExForum lobby. After the race, stay and play on Beale Street as we party with music, tasty food, and refreshing drinks, followed by an award ceremony for our fastest runners in a variety of categories and levels - it's fun for the whole family! Meet the runners and
get to know our Chamber family.

Our runners are dedicated, but they can't do it without a little help. We are looking for some energetic volunteers and course workers to help with registration, offer water, provide direction, and yell encouragement as our entrants test their endurance. Can't make race day? Volunteer to work at one of our pre-registration and packet pickup locations around the greater Memphis area. It's a great way to introduce yourself and your business to the running community in Memphis. The Move It Memphis race is also an awesome opportunity to meet Memphis residents and runners, network with member businesses, and soak up the wonderful Downtown Memphis rhythm. It's fun for the

Entrants can either mail in their registration forms or register online. Mail-in registration forms should be filled out and returned with payment. Online registration closes on February 14 at midnight CST, and Mail-in registration closes on February 9 at midnight CST. All of our packet pickup and preregistration locations will be listed here.
