Participate in the 2014 Mid-South Employer Healthcare Benefits Survey

With the new healthcare exchanges that began in 2013, wouldn’t you like to know more about how other employers in the Mid-South are adapting their recruitment, hiring, and employee healthcare benefits management strategies?

So would we.

In association with the University of Tennessee's College of Medicine and the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at The University of Memphis, the Greater Memphis Chamber would like to request your organization’s help by participating in an inaugural 2014 Mid-South Employer Healthcare Benefits Survey.

While national surveys suggest that the vast majority of companies have continued offering health benefits, several employers like Home Depot and Walgreens have announced significant changes to their benefit programs for full-time and part-time workers.

The 2014 Mid-South Employer Healthcare Benefits Survey will benchmark current benefits practices and likely changes for employer firms of various sizes, types and industries.

The Chamber is here to serve you, and one of the best ways for us to do that is to ask you what you’re most concerned about. The Affordable Care Act has come up as one of the most pressing topics, and so we want to provide you with valuable information on this subject.

All participating companies will be eligible to receive a free, customized report that summarizes study findings as well as compares their responses to those of peer organizations across the region. Of course, all individual responses will remain confidential.

In order to ensure a high level of insight, it is important that the survey be completed by someone who has a moderate level of familiarity with current human resource practices within your organization (e.g., CEO, CFO, SVP of HR).  We ask that you please complete or forward to the appropriate member of your staff. You can get started by clicking here:  ACA Survey. The survey should only take around 10 minutes.

The survey will be open until February 19th.
