How "Memphis: The Musical" helps to "drive" the city

"Memphis," a Tony award-winner, was Broadway's most award-winning musical of the 2009-2010 season. Thanks to the involvement of the Orpheum and its president and CEO Pat Halloran, the musical brought its New York success to the town of its inspiration in October as the opening site of its national tour.
