Caissa Public Strategy will grow its reputation and its business this year by protecting yours. 

The company has specialized in crisis management and protection for the last four years. This year Caissa will launch a new service to grow and protect customers’ reputations online and IRL (in real life). 

Online reviews impact purchasing decisions. In fact, Yelp reports that 90 percent of their users say positive reviews drive buying decisions. 

Caissa will launch an online dashboard this year to help companies monitor their online reputation and alert them to issues that could turn into a crisis. 

“Reputation monitoring is for businesses who not only want to protect their brand in their day-to-day lives but also online —thus, minimizing the chance for crisis,” said Brian Stephens, CEO of Caissa “Your reputation is a direct reflection of your brand.” 

With new services and a firm foundation of core services, Caissa expects to double its growth this year over 2014.
