Benefit for Chamber Members
The Greater Memphis Chamber will deliver new Request For Proposals (RFPs) each day via eNewsletter to member companies that sign up for the service.
- The eNewsletter will include actual RFP and contact information.
- This benefit is included with an active paid Chamber membership.
- This RFP service is powered by Onvia, Inc., a leading provider of bid research services.
- Members will be able to submit RFPs to Onvia for other companies to bid on.
- Training will be provided via a webinar.

The RFPs will be for the Memphis MSA (eight counties around Memphis)
- In Tennessee: Shelby, Tipton, Fayette
- In Arkansas: Crittenden
- In Mississippi: Desoto, Marshall, Tate, Tunica
Terms and Conditions
- This service will be available for active paid members in good standing of the Greater Memphis Chamber.
- The service will be disabled for a member whose account becomes inactive or 30 days past due.
- This service is available to those member businesses that pay the Chamber for membership. This will not be an eligible service for OneMemphis members or in-kind members.
- Only 1 person from a participating member company will receive this eNewsletter. It will default to the main contact unless otherwise designated to another contact.
- RFP eNewsletters may not be re-distributed to those outside of the participating member company in any manner.
- Members that are membership organizations may not distribute to its members.
- RFP eNewsletters may not be resold in any manner.
- Each additional eNewsletter recipient within a member company is $500.
- Chamber members receive 15% off other Onvia products.
